Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Sale items, gift cards and altered or custom-made items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Start your return through the portal and follow the return instructions provided. Pack your items securely, include your order number and keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
Refunds & store credit

Receive the price paid for your returned items, refunded to your original payment method.
Store credit
Receive the price paid for your returned items, plus a 5% bonus.
The A$15 return fee includes your prepaid label and is deducted once per return from your refund or total store credit.
Original delivery charges are excluded. Store credit does not expire, can be used on future CALTER purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Processing times
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days or issue your store credit within 2–3 business days.
We'll confirm by email. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Changing size or style
We don't offer direct exchanges. To choose another size or style, request a return and place a new order.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Email returns@calterstudios.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where possible.
We'll review the details and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. There's no charge for this or the return postage. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Change-of-mind deadlines and fees do not apply to remedies required under consumer law. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
